No. You'll share the house with me (Lorenzo). The office/bedroom will be all yours, and is lockable. I'll sleep in my own bedroom. We'll need to share the bathroom.
There are three free parkings in Nesso. However, these can become pretty crowded, especially in summer. Be prepared to walk a bit!
